Service Alert for Route:

• Have you noticed that we're updating bus stop signs in Queens? We're preparing for the Queens Bus Network Redesign coming this summer
  Queens Bus Network Redesign service improvements will be phased in by route on June 29 and August 31, 2025.
  
  Until then, know that your bus route will still serve current stops, but some signs will reflect future service.
  
  Use the MTA app or BusTime to plan your trip.

• Q42 buses are detoured in both directions because of construction taking place along 111th Ave between 174th St and 176th St.
  While detoured, eastbound Q42 buses will not service stops from 174th St/110th Ave to Sayres Ave/178th St.
  
  Westbound Q42 buses will not service stops along 111th Ave at 177th St and 175th St.
  
  Stops will instead be made, as requested, at corresponding stops along Brinkerhoff Ave.
