• X28 and X38 stops on Surf Ave at W 21st St are closed in both directions
  For northbound service, use the temporary stop on Surf Ave at W 22nd St.
  For southbound service, use the stop on W 17th St at Mermaid Ave.

• X28 and X38 buses are detoured in both directions because of roadwork on 86th St between 13th Ave and 14th Ave.
  Northbound buses will not serve the 86th St/14th Ave stop.
  Stops will be made as requested along 84th St.
  Southbound buses will not serve stops from 86th St/12th Ave to 14th Ave/Benson Ave.
  Stops will be made as requested along Bay Ridge Pkwy.
